“This will be a wonderful addition to the campus and a huge improvement on the overall safety of our students.”Ĭervetto, whose Lions are currently undefeated in district play this season and sit atop District 7-3A, said the new field will be eye-catching with it’s alternating green turf and bright yellow end zones. “When I presented the idea for naming the field after coach to the board, I told them I couldn’t think of a better man,” said Dublin ISD Superintendent Dr. “It really is all about the kids for us and we’re so excited and blessed to be a part of this district already. “I mean it’s surreal and so humbling to think this district would name the field for Norma and I,” Lions Head Coach Bob Cervetto said of the decision on Wednesday.
